#3 Lacey Evans
While Evans and Cross both failed to win gold in NXT, Evans has more potential on the main roster than Cross. She has several factors working in her favor.
I'm not too familiar with Cross' backstory, but Evans was a member of the armed forces.
WWE loves those wrestlers with military experience and that backstory could be used during a potential face run for Evans.
She's also gorgeous and is the prototypical slender blonde that Vince always loves.
Her gimmick of 'cleaning out the trash' of NXT as the 'Lady of NXT' is also something that isn't currently on the main roster.
Since she has those three factors in her back pocket, she'll likely receive more opportunities than someone like Cross.
That's not to say neither deserves them, it's just that WWE have certain things they look for in the women they push or don't push.
Her finishing move of 'A Woman's Right' would also fit in with the recent increase in the number of opportunities for women in WWE.
Having a woman who is a believer in 'being a lady' would fit in with the current climate of women doing anything and everything the men have done.
She could even feud with someone like Lynch at some point or Banks saying that those types of hardcore matches aren't befitting a woman.
