The champ is here!The Indian fans had been patiently waiting for thirteen long years to witness their favorite superstars grace the Indian shores and they weren’t disappointed.The packed Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in Delhi was swarming with ardent WWE fans, who were treated to three titles matches, two of our very own Indian wrestlers make their in-ring debut, and last but not the least the World Heavyweight Champion – Roman Reigns – who got the biggest pop of the night.The Samoan Superman himself, after he retained his title against Big Show, thanked the fans for turning out in epic numbers and also admitted that this was the best reaction he had got from any crowd.The faces were cheered to the core while the heels were given the heat, something the WWE would have loved to see. All in all, WWE’s first live event in India in over a decade was a magnanimous success and day two promises to be even better.Below are the exclusive photos from the event:
#1 Rusev vs Ryback
In the match between Rusev and Ryback, the Bulgarian Brute picked up the win after forcing The Big Guy to pass out to The Accolade. A good match between two hard-hitting wrestlers.

#2 Big Show vs Roman Reigns
The main-event of the evening saw an old rivalry come to the fore, as Roman Reigns took on veteran Big Show. Reigns won the match after connecting with the spear and sending Show crashing through the table.
The fans were insanely hot for Reigns while Show got mixed reactions.

#3 Bray Wyatt vs Kane
The Bray Wyatt-Kane match kicked off the show and was a very brief affair between the two. Kane defeated Wyatt by pinfall after a vicious chokeslam.
#4 New Day vs Usos vs Prime Time Players
New Day put their tag titles on the line against The Usos – who were quite over with the fans – and the Prime Time Players in a triple threat match. New Day successfully defended the titles, but were laid out by the babyface teams to the delight of the fans in attendance.
#5 Jason Jordon vs Kishan Raftaar (Lovepreet Sangha)
Jason Jordon cut a heel promo mocking Indian athletes and the lack of homegrown talents in the WWE. After the heat inducing promo. Kishan Raftaar came out to a great reaction and faced off against Jordon.
He defeated Jordon with his finisher called ‘Jai Hind’.
#6 Charlotte vs Summer Rae
Charlotte successfully defended her Divas title against Summer Rae. As expected, the crowd weren’t as into this match as compared to the rest, but it was a good outing for the two Divas anyway.
#7 Dolph Ziggler vs Tyler Breeze
By far the best match of the night, Ziggler and Breeze put on a solid bout from bell to bell. Ziggler won the match with the Zig Zag. ‘This is Awesome’ chants echoed around the arena during the match.
#8 Chad Gable vs Jeet Rama
The other Indian talent to make his in-ring debut, the Gada-wielding Jeet Rama defeated Chad Gable and shouted ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ after picking up his first win.
