One of the hottest superstars in WWE right now is Kevin Owens after his face turn last week and his incredible pipe bomb promo on this week's SmackDown.

The promo had been a long time coming and hopefully this means that Shane McMahon's run as a main event wrestler is approaching its end.

Owens even hit a stunner on Shane at the end of the episode that made even Stone Cold Steve Austin proud.

The chairman's son will team up with his trusted heavyhitter, Drew McIntyre, to face Roman Reigns and the Undertaker in a No Holds Barred Tag Team Match.

This could be a way to change up the setup for the show and what better way to do that than, to begin with a bang.

This match could either be a great one or a trainwreck. Hopefully, it is the former. Along with the expected high spots, we could see Owens make an appearance to stun his boss again and cost him the match.

While the Deadman and the Big Dog would generally not require help to win a match, KO stunning Shane would be reminiscent of Stone Cold Steve Austin doing the same to Vince. It seems like WWE could be going that way, so why not go all in with this new badass Kevin Owens and capitalize on his newfound momentum?
