The match begins and it's evident that they are a complete match. Literally going toe-to-toe in what many people thought would just be a fantasy booking match. The match had such a great reception that the fans were chanting "This is awesome!" "This is awesome!" while Styles and Omega begin to lock up.
They put on a stellar performance in what would be known as the match of the year. Aj had a counter for the One Winged Angel, Omega had a counter for the Phenomenal Forearm. Toward the end of the match, Styles manages to hit the Styles Clash on Kenny Omega.
When he goes to set up for The Phenomenal Forearm, here come Gallows and Anderson off the distraction. They distract him long enough for Kenny Omega to superkick Styles off the apron. Kenny then pulls Styles back in the ring, One Winged Angel, 1, 2, 3. "AND NEW WWE CHAMPION, KENNY OMEGA!"
