If WWE really wanted to get fans excited for an Intercontinental Title match at WrestleMania 35, there are fewer options that would rile fans up than Balor vs. Ricochet.

Ricochet has already established himself as one of the most exciting superstars in all of WWE, and although it might be too soon to thrust him into a title program, the fans are already behind him due to his astounding athleticism.
Elias and Balor have fought numerous times before as have other possible contenders in Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre.
