As the match began, the sea of fans began chanting for Kofi and proceeded to boo the match out of the building.

It's no secret that the WWE Universe desperately wants Kofi Kingston to win the WWE title, and with the kind of reaction he got tonight, there's no way Kofi won't be a part of the WWE title picture going into WrestleMania 35. WWE made the right decision, screwing Kofi out of the match. His eventual victory will be met with an even better response by the fans at Mania.
