#2 The Big Show pinned Roman Reigns
Over two years after his WWE main-roster debut, Roman Reigns finally lost a televised singles match via pinfall when he was defeated by The Big Show on a February 2015 episode of RAW.
The show began with The Authority announcing that Roman Reigns would have to put his WWE Championship No.1 contender status on the line at Fastlane against either Daniel Bryan or Seth Rollins, with the winner facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31.
In the first match of the night, Rollins struck Roman Reigns in the back with his Money in the Bank briefcase while J&J Security (Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury) distracted the referee. This allowed The Big Show to follow up with a chokeslam to seal a 1-2-3 victory.
The Big Show in 2020
After competing in 124 matches in 2015, The Big Show began to slow down his WWE in-ring career in the years that followed.
The former WWE Champion has had high-profile matches with the likes of Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre in recent years, but it is safe to say that his future belongs away from the ring.
His Netflix series ‘The Big Show Show’ received a lot of praise, and Steve Austin has even agreed to make an appearance on the sitcom if it gets renewed for a second season.
