#4. Is this only happening because of Ronda Rousey?

The women of WWE were doing just fine before Ronda Rousey appeared and decided to "carry" the Women's Division forward since she only debuted following the first ever Women's Royal Rumble and has never actually stepped foot inside the Elimination Chamber.
Rousey has taken a lot of credit for the fact that the women are now at the main event level of the company, but in actual fact, she hasn't done very much to put them there. Rousey's name has been the only thing that has helped the women to move forward and be given this opportunity and the worrying thing now is that Rousey is set to walk away following this WrestleMania main event, so where does that leave the Women's Division?
Rousey has only been in WWE for just over a year, whilst the Evolution began back in NXT in 2014, but still, it appears that the company itself holds the current Raw Women's Champion solely responsible.
