Another decision that was extremely difficult to swallow was watching Ricochet lose his newly won United States Championship. Not only was it another example of WWE switching up a mid-card title picture for the sake of it, but it also leaves Ricochet with little to work with moving forward.

It's insanely obvious that WWE is wanting to do something special with the Club right now and Styles winning The U.S title is only the beginning of that. Of course, Ricochet will probably get a rematch or two going forward, but his title run coming to an abrupt end isn't good for his long term career.

In all honesty, you can't fault WWE for putting the title on Styles, especially after reforming the Club, but they need to make sure they do something with Ricochet as well. Even it's just a move to the tag team division, a rematch or two against AJ Styles or something else, Ricochet needs something, as he has more than proven he belongs in WWE.
