Why would WWE take the biggest thing wrong with the old era of WWE and bring it back at Extreme Rules? Now that doesn't mean the move was bad by any means, especially with all the options the company has going forward, but it's going to rub critics the wrong way that WWE figuratively went back to the drawing board.

With that being said and Extreme Rules now in the books, one has to wonder what exactly the plan will be moving forward. For example, what if putting the belt on Brock Lesnar was a way to set up an interaction between Brock Lesnar and Becky Lynch? Not only would that be one of the biggest moments in WWE history, but it would also be great for ratings!
In the end, taking the title off of Rollins is a move that is going to hurt, but could work if they do something new and interesting with it. Again, it all depends on what WWE does with it and their recent track record points to whatever they do being a success!
