#1 Daniel Bryan
No one stands to lose more than Daniel Bryan in all this!
Not only could Daniel Bryan and WWE fail to get a deal done, which would result in the two parties parting ways and Bryan entering The Indy scene, it could also result in a soured relationship between the two parties going forward. With that being said, that isn't the end when it comes to what Bryan could lose in all this.
Let's say the deal does fall through and Bryan goes to ROH, NJPW or even TNA continue his wrestling career. If Bryan does go to one of those companies and suffers another concussion injury, he would be screwed as a result. He could also end up spending the rest of his life in debt due to medical bills if he is injured again.
As if that wasn't bad enough, he would also be without a job and forced to pay the bills in another way. One would think that this would lead him to go back to WWE and hope for a commentary or on-screen role there, but why would WWE help him out now that he is once again a liability to the company and left WWE high and dry over money in the past?
In the end, some might see this all as speculation and a doomsday scenario, but it is still a very possible one. Its already being rumoured that some WWE officials aren't happy with Cena and Bryan teaming up in contract negotiations and if WWE isn't happy about the situation, there is probably going to be some kind of consequences for Bryan during negotiations.
Maybe WWE and Bryan can get a deal done and Bryan will be able to lord over Smackdown Live as their most popular superstar for years to come. Or maybe the deal falls through, Bryan goes back to the indy scene and WWE is left without one of their top talents all because Cena had to give Bryan contract advice.
