Probably the most unlikely option on this entire list, WWE could choose to put Jax over and have her beat Rousey clean at Money In The Bank.

The move would be a confusing one, especially since it will hand Rousey a loss so early in her WWE career, but it could mean big things for the future of Jax's title reign and her career.
With that being said and Rousey not even taking a loss in her debut match against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, it would almost take a miracle for this option to play out and would require WWE to lose a lot of faith in Rousey in a very short amount of time.
It would also require WWE to see Jax as a more marketable entity than that of Rousey.
Whether that happens or not remains to be seen and will be highly dependent on what WWE thinks is best for business, but it seems like Jax has too many hurdles to jump through in order to stay champion after Money in The Bank.
In fact, it almost seems like Rousey defeating Jax at the pay per view is a foregone conclusion.
