4. Gregory Helms
Gregory Helms is certainly no stranger to the Cruiserweight division, and the former Cruiserweight champion would be a reliable name to call on for the general manager's job.
Helms made a surprise return to the WWE in this year's Royal Rumble match and appears to have a good working relationship with the company. His appointment would certainly be one fitting of the show, and he would add some variety to the GM scene, potentially taking on the role of a mentor to his roster.
The only issue is that Helms signed a deal with Ring of Honor back in June of this year, and it seems unlikely that he will be able to jump ship right now.
