If Kevin Owens wins the WWE Title at Day 1, it will surely make up for his last outing as world champion. Owens lost the Universal Championship to Goldberg in 22 seconds at Fastlane pay-per-view in 2017.
Many in the WWE Universe have not forgotten about this night, and Kevin Owens probably hasn't either. It would be redemption for that night in Milwaukee if KO was to win the WWE Championship at Day 1. A chance to put things right to prove he belongs at the top of the WWE mountain.
