#4 Keeps the SmackDown Live title in play

It's no secret that The SmackDown Live Women's division is in big trouble right now, especially with Charlotte Flair battling for the Raw Women's title, Naomi losing twice to Mandy Rose and Asuka losing the title. But does that justify scrapping a title match for The Blue brand?
With that in mind, and WWE obviously not having much faith in their women's division on SmackDown Live right now, it makes sense for the company to include some kind of stipulation for the SmackDown Women's title during the match. At least that way, the belt is in play and Asuka could win it back, have her crowning moment, and Rousey would be protected.
Whether the WWE Universe wants to admit it or not, Charlotte Flair and Asuka are the best that SmackDown Live has to offer right now and that's why The Empress of Tomorrow should be added to the title match to make things interesting. Beyond that, she should win and earn back the moment she should have never lost last year.
