1. Finn needs his career to be rejuvenated
When Finn first made his debut on the main roster, he had a seemingly indomitable streak going. He participated in a tournament for the newly established Universal Title and defeated Roman Reigns clean in the semi-final.
In the final, he faced Seth Rollins at Summerslam. The two had an incredible match, but Balor was injured by Rollins during one of the spots. Seth hit Balor with a powerbomb onto the barricade, which damaged Finn's shoulder. Balor went on to win the match despite the injury.

The following night on Raw he had to give up the Championship so that he could be written off WWE television to be treated for his shoulder. Unfortunately for him, when he returned he did not receive a shot for the title he never lost. He went on to compete in the mid-card and has since faded in the background, having achieved nothing noteworthy.
While his quality of matches have always been above par, failing to get the Intercontinental Championship has put him in a place where he has nothing to do.
The Money in the Bank would be perfect to rejuvenate his career, and eventually enter the main-event scene to gain back what he had never lost through any fault of his own.
