#1 Hurting The Women's division and the fans
WWE has already faced a lot of backlash for having Brock Lesnar be their part-time Universal Champion for over a year, so just imagine how bad the things will be if they do the same with Rousey. Not only that, imagine how many people in The Women's division will be held back or have their career halted as a result of Rousey being pushed as the Champion.
While there are a lot of people interested in seeing Rousey as the RAW Champion, especially since it will mark the first time in WWE history that a women Superstar has held a UFC title and WWE title at one point in their career, it will probably come at the expense of the entire women's division.

In fact, with Rousey on top of the women's division, its hard to imagine anyone losing to her for quite a long time, which means that up and comers like The Riott Squad, Ember Moon, Bayley, Sasha Banks and even Nia Jax won't be given much time in the spotlight. It also means that The Women's division has a huge possibility of having its first part-time champion.
Unfortunately for The WWE Universe, that means fewer appearances, fewer championship matches and a break from The Women's evolution that has made the division so interesting over the past couple of years. In the end, it really sucks for fans wanting to see full-time stars get the spots they deserve and seems to prove that WWE is more interested in a publicity stunt than anything else.
