#4 Measuring stick
Believe it or not, and most fans in The WWE Universe usually don't want to, but Brock Lesnar is truly the measuring stick of The WWE right now. Not only is that evident by him ending The Undertaker's streak and holding the title hostage for long periods of times, but also by just how much WWE relies on him.
In all honesty, WWE could have a superstar beat anyone else on the Raw or SmackDown Live roster and it wouldn't carry the same effect as it would if they beat Brock Lesnar. There is still a very big passing of the torch moment to be had here and WWE would be silly not to do that.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Both Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, who both defeated Lesnar for the Universal title at separate parts of their careers, have had major success after doing so. In fact, Reigns was carrying Monday Night Raw as the Universal Champion before his leukemia diagnosis, struck and the reason that happened is due to just how established of a star Brock is.
