Killian Dain is a legend of the NXT roster in WWE. He will be fondly remembered for his time with The SAnitY stable and causing havoc. He should have broken out to be something much bigger once the stable parted, but it never materialized.
Although some different storylines were tested with Dain on NXT towards the end of his run, he should have been booked as an unstoppable force for a long while. He has all the talent to pull it off and could make an even bigger name for himself. NXT 2.0 could do with someone like Killian Dain to add another dimension to their roster.

#1. Fandango could return to WWE and be assigned to NXT
Fandango, now dubbing himself Dirty Dango, is one of WWE's most experienced superstars of the last decade. He was sadly released this year, but he could add so much to the NXT roster with his experience and charisma.
His prior gimmick, as a ballroom dancer, could be enhanced further to fit the colorful NXT 2.0 brand. Even though WWE is looking for younger talent, you must also have experienced stars for balance. Fandango would be the perfect candidate to work with the new crop of talent.
