While some people might see that as crazy, especially with how high the company was on just a month ago, WWE has been steadily backing off the pedal when it comes to The Scottish Psychopath and that trend continued on Raw this week.

Interestingly enough, he wasn't even involved in the decision of the six-man tag team match.

Beyond that, a rumour speculated that Vince McMahon's original plan for WrestleMania 35 was for McIntyre to win The Royal Rumble and go on to face Braun Strowman at The Grandest stage of them off, but it seems they have lost faith in that idea.

Furthermore, it feels as if WWE doesn't even know what to do with McIntyre at this point in time.

Maybe things will change as time goes on and WWE finds the best route for McIntyre at WrestleMania, but for now, it feels as if McIntyre is just spinning his wheels.
