If rumours are to be believed, this one was all set to happen before Dean Ambrose got injured towards the end of 2017.

Apparently, original plans had Dean turning on Seth during their Shield reunion tour, setting up a match between The Lunatic Fringe and The Architect at this year's WrestleMania. Obviously, Dean's injury prevented this from happening, but that isn't to say that it shouldn't happen when he does eventually return.

Cody Rhodes' uncle is a WWE Hall of Famer. More details HERE.

It's not that Ambrose isn't a great face because he is; it's more than he has done everything there is to do as a face, and this turn may help him re-enter the Universal or WWE title picture. Dean works well as a heel, and a run as one in the company may see a huge change in his fortunes in the WWE.
