#2 Randy Orton

Of course, Randy Orton is on this list. Orton had one of the worst runs of his career in 2017, and fans are beginning to become increasingly tired with the same old stick from the former WWE and World Heavyweight champion.
Orton is still over with the crowd, but he has begun to grow incredibly stale, and a return to his more heelish ways could really revitalise him, especially if that was combined with a switch to Monday Night Raw.
Cody Rhodes' uncle is a WWE Hall of Famer. More details HERE.
Randy has had some of the best runs of his career working as a heel. His Legend Killer gimmick and his Rated RKO team with Edge are two of his career's most memorable moments, and Randy could no doubt replicate that success with another heel run today.
It would also open up a lot of new feuds for Orton, who has really begun to feel like he is running out of things to do right now.
