The original Sin Cara caught a lot of flak for constantly botching moves. Sin Cara’s bad luck resulted in several injuries, notably his hand and his knee injury. While he may have had a hard time adjusting to WWE’s wrestling style, it didn’t stop fans from cashing in on his misfortunes.

Fans went in every time, and had a field day with the luchador. Even today you can still see meme comments on social media in response to a particular botch on Raw. The phrase “Damn it, Sin Cara!” is used often when something goes wrong on WWE TV.
