Edge is one of WWE's most decorated veterans, and he earned that distinction by not being afraid to take risks. One of the biggest risks that Edge took was at WrestleMania X-Seven where he speared Jeff Hardy from the top of a ladder which had fans both in the arena and at home on their feet.

In a match against Mick Foley, Edge's body was taken to the limit time and time again, and in the end, he had to spear Foley through a flaming table. Edge earns a place on this list not only because of the numerous times he fought back from typically career-ending injuries but also the pain he endured as he strived to put on world-class matches for his fans.
