#4 Gable Steveson could debut and be given an instant push
Currently completing his senior year at the University of Minnesota, Gable Steveson is expected to link up with Vince McMahon's promotion in the future.
WWE confirmed Steveson's signing to an NIL deal, meaning he would complete his studies before joining the company. In 2021, however, Gable, a former Olympian, was drafted to RAW before ever debuting for either brand.
Could we expect to see the Olympic wrestling gold medalist get a push in WWE in 2022? Vince will no doubt want to take full advantage of his status, just like when Kurt Angle first joined during the Attitude Era. An immediate push is very likely.
#3 Liv Morgan could get a renewed push to the top of the women's division
Liv Morgan had an incredible rise over the last 12 months. She began generating enormous backing on SmackDown before being drafted to RAW in the 2021 WWE Draft.
After moving to the red brand, Morgan was treated as a top contender for the RAW Women's Championship. As recently as Day 1, she got her hands on champion Becky Lynch in a singles match for the Raw Women's Championship. But despite her valiant efforts, she sadly never captured the title.
Could 2022 see Vince push her to the next level with a championship run? Morgan receives regular praise from fans and peers alike, and has no doubt earned the chance to carry her brand.
