On the December 16 episode of the red brand, WWE seemingly teased the arrival of the former AEW star, with a video showing the number zero and a line running through it. The clip went viral, and fans suggested that it meant that we could see Penta join WWE soon.

The former AEW star recently made his last appearance in AAA, but didn't reveal anything about his future. Still, this could be part of his agreement with WWE to increase the hype surrounding his arrival.

Penta could make his debut on the premiere on Netflix on January 6, which would be the perfect spot for his first WWE appearance. He could show up as a heel and target WWE legend Rey Mysterio and his LWO. His first appearance could come either through an in-ring promo or by a backstage assault on the WWE Hall of Famer.

The RAW premiere on Netflix is expected to be a blockbuster event for WWE, and the expectation is that the match card will be stacked.

WWE has already announced that Roman Reigns will take on Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat, while Seth Rollins will face CM Punk. At the same time, the inaugural Women's Intercontinental Champion will be crowned on January 6, with the Finals of the tournament taking place on the premiere on Netflix.

It is still unknown whether Gunther will put his World Heavyweight Championship on the line, what will happen with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, who is currently out with an injury, and the reigning Women's Champion Nia Jax, and whether they will show up on the red brand as well. The final two episodes of 2024 will shed more light on WWE Creative's plans for the first RAW of 2025.
