Former rival to approach Roman Reigns to solve the Jey Uso problem? Chances of surprise on WWE SmackDown explored

Roman Reigns rejected Jimmy Uso's proposal of bringing Jey Uso to their side in the developing story of The Bloodline. On the other hand, Main Event Jey also asked his brother to 'get out of his face' when Jimmy tried to talk to the Intercontinental Champion on WWE RAW.

Whether or not The OTC agrees, the maelstrom of chaos Solo Sikoa is bringing down upon him cannot be dealt with by only Jimmy Uso and himself. The former Undisputed WWE Champion will need to put his pride aside and make amends to protect the original Bloodline's honor. Even though Jimmy Uso couldn't convince the former Tribal Chief to talk to Jey, maybe former Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn can!

Let's remember there was a time when Sami Zayn was the only man Roman Reigns trusted outside of his family. Their relationship ending in betrayal wasn't a good look for Zayn, and a heel Reigns would most likely never forgive him. However, babyface Reigns is on a redemption arc, and Sami Zayn might be able to exercise his influence over The OTC and explain that Jey Uso is more similar to The Big Dog than anyone else.

Zayn could then proceed to explain that Main Event Jey was hurt by Roman Reigns' actions, and only The OTC can bring him back to The Bloodline. The former Intercontinental Champion could convince the former Bloodline leader to appear on Monday Night RAW and speak to Jey Uso himself.

Even though Reigns will initially resist the idea, even he knows that the current Bloodline is ruthless. He needs more manpower to take on Solo Sikoa and his goons, or else the Ula Fala will never be his again.

Sami Zayn can help Roman Reigns convince Jey Uso

The Yeet Master's life on Monday Night RAW has been on an upward trajectory. So it makes sense why he doesn't want to disrupt his flow and move to SmackDown for The Bloodline Saga. However, he might not have to drop everything he worked for to help Roman Reigns.

Sami Zayn can offer to look after the Intercontinental Championship and defend it with all his might while Jey Uso is helping Roman Reigns on WWE SmackDown. As soon as The Bloodline's story is done, The YEET Master can return to the red show and take over what is rightfully his.

Almost similar to how Becky Lynch passed the RAW Women's Championship to Asuka before taking her maternity leave in 2020.

If Main Event Jey is convinced using this angle, WWE can use it further to strike a rivalry between Zayn and Uso when Sami refuses to hand over the championship to the current champion once he returns to WWE RAW.
