Money in the Bank Premium Live Event will take place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, this Saturday. Among the other high-stakes matches, fans will see World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest take on Seth Rollins, who returned to action after taking more than two months off to recover from his injuries.

The Visionary will look to reclaim the title following his loss to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania XL and will face Priest, who cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on McIntyre on the same night and became the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Seth Rollins has nothing more to prove, as he has accomplished almost everything in his career, so a new storyline or a character turn could create new angles and storylines for him. Thus, fans could see the former Universal Champion have a heel turn once his match with Priest is over.

There could be a double character turn after the World Heavyweight Championship match at Money in the Bank 2024

If Seth Rollins loses to Damian Priest at Money in the Bank 2024, he will not get another title shot as long as The Archer of Infamy is the World Heavyweight Champion. Thus, a heel turn after his loss to Priest would offer him a new direction in the Stamford-based company.

At the same time, the current World Heavyweight Champion could also turn babyface after the match, which should lead to new storylines, as the winner of the bout is set to collide with Gunther at SummerSlam 2024. The reigning King of the Ring is currently a heel, thus Priest will need to turn babyface before facing him.

Additionally, it will lead to a new angle in The Judgment Day and Damian's feud with Finn Balor, which has been in the making for several months.

Seth Rollins has thrived as a heel

Seth Rollins had his best run in WWE as a heel ever since he turned against Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, now known as Jon Moxley, to become the face of The Authority and WWE.

The Visionary has shown that he can thrive as a heel, so having a character turn could be ideal for him should he lose at the Money in the Bank 2024 Premium Live Event.

It could be the first step for a WrestleMania 41 match with CM Punk

According to a recent report, WWE is planning to turn Seth Rollins into a heel as early as the Money in the Bank 2024 Premium Live Event. This could be the first step towards a feud between Rollins and CM Punk, which will lead to a match at WrestleMania 41 in April 2025.

It appeared like Punk and Rollins would collide at WrestleMania XL, but the former's tricep injury changed the plans. Still, the plan is for the two to collide next year, and with the Best in the World being a top babyface, Seth Rollins will have to turn heel.
