RAW and SmackDown GMs Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis have already started having backstage talks with superstars. WWE has opened a transfer window, which means superstars from the main roster and NXT could switch brands.

Superstars, like Cody Rhodes and Bayley, were seen on RAW last Monday, while the World Heavyweight Champion Gunther was on SmackDown last week. At the same time, one of the best tag teams in WWE and former Tag Team Champions, The New Day, could switch brands and move to SmackDown.

Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods had a heel turn last week and took a shot at their good friend and former New Day teammate Big E. A week later, they attempted to address the WWE Universe, but were forced to leave the ring as fans heavily booed them.

At the same time, Cody Rhodes had a backstage segment with Kingston and Woods and called them out for their behavior towards Big E.

Thus, a move to SmackDown could be the best option for them going forward, even though the expectation is that they will get booed by fans on the blue brand as well. Still, it would be best for them to join SmackDown and have a fresh start, getting involved in new storylines.

Kofi Kingston reacts to WWE fans booing The New Day on RAW

The WWE Universe had a strong reaction on RAW when The New Day came to the ring, and booed Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, forcing them to leave the ring.

Taking to social media after RAW was over, Kofi Kingston shared his disappointment with the fans booing them after their heel turn.

"I’m still so incredibly disappointed in the people of Wichita, Kansas for not letting us speak. I’m also disappointed in the WWE Universe for your lack of sympathy on social media platforms. I really think that if you’d just hear us out, you’d change your minds," Kofi Kingston posted on X/Twitter.

That said, it remains to be seen what Kingston and Woods will do next week, whether they will attempt to address the WWE Universe again or tell Adam Pearce to move them to SmackDown.
