Kevin Owens has had a rough few weeks. First he failed to qualify for the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match after losing to Austin Theory. He was then informed by Sonya Deville that he might not be competing at WrestleMania at all.
Despite this, there is almost no chance that Kevin Owens will not participate at the Show of Shows.

The best option would be for Owens to challenge for the United States Championship. Heading into Royal Rumble, KO defeated Damian Priest in a non-title match. The two squared off again for the title a week later, but the match ended via disqualification.
Due to this, Kevin Owens is still owed a championship opportunity, and there's no better stage for it than WrestleMania. Their matches on Raw have shown that Owens and Priest have great chemistry and can steal the show if given the chance.
