What's the story?
Well, WWE's most unpredictable pay-per-view is almost upon us and the odds are still shifting just hours before the event - with a very clear favourite emerging for the men's 30-man elimination match and two very clear favourites for the main championship matches too.
In case you didn't know...
Last year, the bookmakers all had Randy Orton at a monumental -2600, 1/25, to win the Royal Rumble Match. On the day of the event, it's very, very rare that the bookmakers get it wrong - and they're looking pretty sure of themselves with some bold predictions for tonight's event too.
The heart of the matter
Well, while it's not quite Randy Orton territory yet, very clear favourite are emerging for tonight with the winner of the Men's Royal Rumble now out at a massive -475, almost 1/5, with 5 Dimes.
The man looking like he's in a favourable position to book his ticket to the main event (or one of the main events) of WrestleMania is Shinsuke Nakamura!
The closest man to The Artist Shinsuke Nakamura is Roman Reigns, sitting in second place but way behind at +500, 5/1.
Nakamura may be the biggest shock of the night, though, with both AJ Styles and Brock Lesnar heavily favoured to retain their respective championships. The Phenomenal One sits at -825 with Brock just short of twice as likely to retain at -1500.
No titles are expected to change hands, but it is looking likely we could see two Japanese Royal Rumble winners with Asuka sneaking out in front for the Women's Royal Rumble too.
There is a full list of the current odds below.
WWE Universal Championship: Brock Lesnar (c) -1500 vs. Braun Strowman +950 vs. Kane +2500

30-Man Royal Rumble Match: Shinsuke Nakamura - 475, Roman Reigns +500, Daniel Bryan +1100, Dolph Ziggler +1100, John Cena +1500
30-Woman Royal Rumble Match: Asuka -125, Ronda Rousey +130, Becky Lynch +1100, Nia Jax +1600, Sasha Banks +2250
WWE Raw Tag Team Championship: Seth Rollins & Jason Jordan (c) +150 vs. Sheamus & Cesaro -190
WWE SmackDown Championship - 2 Out Of 3 Falls: The Usos (c) +180 vs. Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable -190
What’s next?
The Royal Rumble pay per view will take place tonight at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia and put us on the home straight and in the Fastlane for WrestleMania 34.
With several spots in both matches yet to be announced, we could be in line to see several shocks if WWE have managed to keep their cards close to their chest.
Author’s take
Well, after some pretty lukewarm reactions to Royal Rumble winners in recent years, this would be both very unlike WWE and very exciting for the WWE Universe if they went with Nakamura and Asuka - not to mention a Nakamura win would most likely trigger a WrestleMania main event with AJ Styles if the odds are to be believed.
Tonight's Royal Rumble simply cannot be missed!
