What's the story?
Last week, WWE's Monday Night RAW celebrated its 25th anniversary in a star-studded affair. On that episode, we saw the legends return who had once graced the squared circle and gave us the most iconic moments of all time.
However, the red brand doesn't have any plans to stop here. This week's RAW which was aired from Philadelphia and was almost booked as good as a PPV and saw many new additions.
Apart from having Jonathan Coachman as the new member of the commentary team (replacing Booker T), we also witnessed that RAW has undergone several aesthetic changes.

The main attraction, however, was what went unnoticed by many. According to several reports, the biggest change remained the new theme song that was used for the bumpers on last night's show.
In case you didn't know...
The current theme song, 'Enemies by Shinedown', has been ruling RAW since 2016. Although there was no new video package released to confirm the new song, the Metal band Papa Roach urged the WWE Universe to stay tuned to RAW.
Quite interestingly, RAW's theme music 'To Be Loved' from 2006-2009 was also by Papa Roach which led to the speculations that the red brand is about to dance to a new tune.
The heart of the matter
Papa Roach seemed quite excited about the new change as was evident in the tweet below.
This week's episode of RAW didn't start with a video, eliminating all chances of introducing the new theme song on Monday itself. However, the members of the Live audience confirmed that the metal band's powerful track 'Born For Greatness' was being used for the bumpers. Hence, it is widely being speculated that this Crooked Teeth track will be the new theme song for RAW.
In addition to that, the big screen broadcasted a new logo which was a welcome change. The fans present in the arena also stated that the ring apron and the graphics seemed to have undergone a makeover too.
What's next?
RAW is known for its iconic theme songs that perfectly blend in with the actions that happen both inside an outside the ring. We will have to wait until the next video package from RAW to know which song will finally play on our screens at the beginning of TV's longest running episodic show.
Author's take
One can't deny that WWE presents the best video packages and the music plays a very important role in determining the impact that it holds on the viewers. We know that Papa Roach did a great job last time and hopefully, they will not disappoint the WWE Universe this year.
Until then, let's wait for RAW's new video to roll out and reveal the theme's secret to us.
