Goldberg is a name that many are familiar with in the WWE Universe. The Myth lives up to his nickname in every way possible. However, if there is one thing lacking in his illustrious career, it's one final, incredible WWE run. Well, this run may come sooner than expected, as Triple H could have a big-money feud lined up.
As of this writing, the rumors surrounding a potential Goldberg return have somewhat died down. This works perfectly for Triple H and WWE, as they look towards the upcoming PLE, Crown Jewel. And it is there, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that things could escalate, to the point where the Hall of Famer ends up locking horns with none other than Gunther. In case you've forgotten, Goldberg shared a tense moment with him at WWE Bad Blood. The Ring General greatly disrespected him, and the same could happen, should he make an appearance at Crown Jewel.
To paint the picture, a situation might present itself in the match for the WWE Crown Jewel Championship. With Cody Rhodes on the ropes and in a corner, Gunther may look to take advantage. That is until he sees Da Man in the crowd. In his hubris, Gunther could go and confront him, which would end up giving The American Nightmare enough time to recover, take advantage, and seal the win.

Following the match, the former WCW star can enter the ring and absolutely destroy Gunther, exacting revenge for humiliating him in Atlanta, Georgia. This could then set up a huge feud between the two, and give the 57-year-old the final run he wants and deserves. But, as with anything, this is nothing more than speculation.
Triple H has all but confirmed that a Goldberg return is on the cards
As mentioned earlier, Goldberg made quite the impression at Bad Blood. He nearly got his hands on Gunther, but was stopped by security. Fortunately, Sami Zayn was there to punish The Ring General for his disrespect. Nevertheless, The Myth was honored, as Triple H himself raised his hand in the middle of the ring.
Following the event, WWE later revealed that The Game and Da Man shared a moment backstage. And it was in this moment, that Triple H hinted that a return may be on the cards for the 57-year-old. After all, he later tweeted out to the legend, thanking him for his presence and informing him that they would talk soon.
With that in mind, it seems certain that we might see the Hall of Famer make a return soon. However, the capacity in which he returns remains to be seen. We'll just have to wait and see how things unfold.
