#4 WWE Superstars channel their favorite Comic Book Heroes and Villans
Rey Mysterio and Johnny Gargano are well known for their superhero and supervillain wrestling attire in WWE, but who else has rocked the looks of their favorite comic book characters? and how can you emulate them this Halloween?
Rey Mysterio and Johnny Gargano have both rocked looks inspired by heroes and villains. While Mysterio tends to always emulate heroes, Gargano showed his progression from Hero into Villain through his gear at each NXT: TakeOver. Now, with his own team, even if that has been depleted by the absence of his wife, Candice LeRae and Austin Theory's call up to the main roster, it has opened up an endless list of possibilities to explore attire that channels classic superhero teams.

Along with Mysterio and Gargano, Cedric Alexander is also someone who has channeled Comic Book characters into his gear, even before making it to WWE. His wife, AEW star Big Swole, does the same, having been both Storm and the Joker before. Alexander has worn gear inspired by Harley Quinn to match his wife’s gear while she was on the indies. He has also worn attire inspired by Black Panther, Spiderman, and Captain Marvel.
