Becky Lynch's last match was on the May 27th, 2024 episode of WWE RAW, where she failed to win back the Women's World Championship from Liv Morgan. Reportedly, her WWE contract expired on June 1, 2024, and currently, The Man is a free agent.

In her time off from wrestling, Lynch has been promoting her New York Times best-selling book, Becky Lynch: The Man: Not Your Average Average Girl. Recently, she provided an update about the book's paperback release date, set for March 4, 2025. Unfortunately, she hasn't updated fans about what her wrestling future looks like.

However, it's unlikely that The Man has retired from WWE. Before leaving, she took to social media with a message that said the story would continue. Keeping that in mind, along with her claiming that WrestleMania XL was not her last, one could assume she would return to the squared circle soon.

Nevertheless, The Man's return to the ring might not happen anytime soon. The good news is that she hasn't signed a contract with any other pro wrestling promotion. So, the WWE Universe could expect her back after a few months, when she would be needed to add spice to the women's roster.

Dominik Mysterio played a huge role in Becky Lynch losing the Women's World Championship

At King and Queen of the Ring 2024, Dominik Mysterio flew to Saudi Arabia by himself to ensure Becky Lynch did not lose the title. Not because he admired Lynch as a champion, but because he did not want Liv Morgan to win the title. Unfortunately, his plan backfired when The Man refused to accept his help. The distraction allowed Morgan the opportunity to take down the former Women's World Champion.

Unfortunately, Mysterio's efforts did not stop there. He tried to help Becky Lynch during the rematch on WWE RAW and opened the gate of the steel cage. However, Big Time Becks wasn't interested in taking his help then either. Even though he tried, he cost Lynch the victory a second time.

WWE could use this angle to bring back Big Time Becks against Rhea Ripley or Liv Morgan, where The Man could blame Dominik Mysterio and demand a title shot from the champion.
