During the go-home edition of WWE RAW before Hell in a Cell, Alexa Bliss fought Nia Jax in a singles match. Jax was ready to step into the ring with her former friend and foe, all because she wanted to defend Shayna Baszler's honor.

The match ended via disqualification, thanks to Reginald's interference. Perhaps the unfinished business between Jax and Bliss could lead to some consequences at WWE Hell in a Cell.

If Baszler gets overwhelmed by her opponent during the pay-per-view, Jax may intervene to take matters into her own hands. As a result, Bliss would win via disqualification due to being attacked by an outside party.

While this doesn't seem like the most exciting development, it might pay off in the long run. If this particular finish leads to a feud between Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss, Shayna Baszler could distance herself from the supernatural shenanigans and embark on a solo main roster run.

Bliss and Jax have a more detailed history with each other, which is why they have better chances of putting on a relatively decent story in the future.

Alternatively, Nia Jax could attack Alexa Bliss before or after the latter's match with Shayna Baszler. But the end goal would remain the same.
