As per WWE's website, Reginald was almost hypnotized by Bliss during the go-home show for Hell in a Cell 2021. This plot development could have a lasting effect on Reginald's character.

Being put in a trance may lead the sommelier to betray his allies, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler, at WWE Hell in a Cell. Bliss could capitalize on the betrayal and then defeat her opponent as a result.

While Alexa Bliss doesn't need Reginald to pick up a win, the main motive behind her magic trick would likely be to break up the sommelier's alliance with Jax. After this outcome, can Baszler and Jax stay on the same page without Reginald's presence? Or are the tag team partners bound to split up either way?

The hypnosis angle on RAW must lead to consequences at some point, if not at Hell in a Cell. Because once something like that is established in a storyline, why wouldn't the character use this magic trick again?
