Survivor Series WarGames was a night to forget for The New Bloodline. Solo Sikoa and Co. were unable to put down Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline, despite having the upper hand heading into their match. This unfortunate outcome has certainly set them back quite a bit. But, the group isn't one to just sit on their hands. So, could they look to gain momentum, and add a new member to the group by giving Hikuleo his WWE debut?
For a while now, it has been rumored that WWE has signed Hikuleo. Known as the Tongan Giant, the 33-year-old is the brother of The New Bloodline's Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa. So, to no one's surprise, there have been fans questioning if he could debut as the group's newest addition. Unfortunately, the answer to that question is "No".
While it would be great to see Hikuleo join The New Bloodline someday, it's not in the cards for him right now. According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the former NJPW star is in the system, is not injured, and will likely make his debut at some point. But, it will be in NXT and not the main roster.
"For those asking about Hikuleo, he is in the system. He’s not injured. At some point he’ll debut, most likely in NXT. But he’s training," wrote Dave Meltzer
It will be one amazing Tuesday night when Hikuleo finally makes his presence felt. But, as of now, the WWE Universe will just have to wait patiently for his debut.
Solo Sikoa and The New Bloodline still hold all the cards on SmackDown
The New Bloodline suffered a major defeat at Survivor Series WarGames, but it shouldn't bother them too much. Yes, Roman Reigns and the OG Bloodline got the better of them, but they still hold all the cards on SmackDown. After all, as Paul Heyman made clear prior to WarGames, the match was really a test for the OGs.
Had they lost, it would have been the end of The Original Tribal Chief and his family. He would have no choice but to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. But now, the game is on, and the Bloodline saga can return to what is truly important, the Ula Fala.
As long as Sikoa has the Ula Fala around his neck, he holds all authority. So, until Reigns takes that away from him, the Street Champion and his crew will continue to be in charge. Will Roman take the Ula Fala back? Can Solo snuff out the OGs' resistance? All will be answered in time.
