How did Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins react after injuring The Rock for real live on WWE TV?

Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins may be on opposite sides of the ring now, but they began their main roster career together as The Shield. The Hounds of Justice considered each other as family, so much so that The Original Tribal Chief even attacked his own blood, The Rock, for the group.

The Shield debuted on WWE's main roster in 2012 and immediately gained popularity with their dominant characters and attitude. During their initial run, they randomly attacked superstars and legends, including The Undertaker, John Cena, and even The Rock. After the group delivered a triple powerbomb to Dwayne Johnson in 2013, the latter began coughing up blood. Although Roman Reigns expressed concern about what happened, Seth Rollins had another reaction.

On an Instagram Live between Becky Lynch, Seth, and The Rock in 2022, the 2013 attack was discussed and Dwayne stated that he coughed up blood after busting his blood vessels. He continued that after the powerbomb, Roman Reigns asked if he was okay, but Rollins answered "Who gives a s**t" and walked away.

"You know what was really cool? When The Shield attacked me before WrestleMania and powerbombed me, and I remember Seth... I was on Roman's shoulders. He threw me down so hard on that mat. Busted my blood vessels, blood started coming out of my mouth. Roman looked down and was like, 'You okay, Uso?' And as far as I can answer, Seth was like, 'Who gives a s**t!' and walks away."

The Shield initially disbanded in 2014 and reunited in 2017. The Hounds of Justice broke up for the final time in 2019 after Dean Ambrose left the company, he now performs in AEW as Jon Moxley.

As for Roman and Seth, both men are still in the Stamford-based promotion and have feuded against each other throughout the years.
