Trouble in paradise may be brewing for The Judgment Day, judging by recent events on WWE RAW. The faction is in perhaps the most untenable situation in its history. Dominik Mysterio still needs to make up with Rhea Ripley, and Damian Priest is concentrating on Gunther, which Fin Balor isn't overly happy with.
On tonight's episode of WWE RAW, there was an indication that a split may soon be on the cards. The stable was shown walking backstage in separate groups, which raises question marks about team morale.
Rhea Ripley was shown walking with World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest. Dominik Mysterio, Finn Balor, and JD McDonagh were next up, walking side by side. Carlito was on his own and continues to be the new scapegoat of The Judgment Day.
These sub-groups may emerge if the two-year-old group does break up shortly. Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley have undoubtedly become babyfaces lately, especially heading into their matches at WWE SummerSlam.
'Dirty' Dom could be the catalyst for a Judgment Day breakup as he's still yet to fully reject Liv Morgan's advances. He's in a war between Mami and the champion as they square off for the Women's World Championship on August 3.
More Judgment Day issues surfaced backstage on WWE RAW
Dominik Mysterio is still in Rhea Ripley's bad books as the love triangle between the duo and Liv Morgan continues to take twists and turns. The Judgment Day, apart from Damian Priest, was backstage in their clubhouse on WWE RAW when Dom approached Mami.
Dirty Dom asked Ripley about Jey Uso after he said he would call the former Women's World Champion. She laughed off the situation before pointing the finger at Dom and highlighting how he was still entertaining Morgan.
Finn Balor interrupted, ensuring the duo's frustrations were concentrated on Jey Uso. However, he questioned Ripley's intentions when she suggested Jey didn't matter.
The Judgment Day may want to remain a solid group heading into WWE SummerSlam. The Eradicator could do without the Dirty Dom saga preventing her from reclaiming her Women's World Championship from Liv Morgan.
Damian Priest's focus is on Gunther, and their rivalry went up a notch on WWE RAW tonight. They exchanged blows several times after The Ring General said he meant every word he said last week about the champion's upbringing.
The Archer of Infamy has recently lost his temper, which could be problematic for his faction. He appears to want to handle business alone, a strategy Balor isn't too fond of.
