Step 2: Back To The Attitude Era
After all three of these legends- Undertaker, Shawn Michaels & Triple H are in one ring, it is time to initiate Step 2.
Let them have a war of words against each other for a solid 13-14 minutes.
There is no need to script their altercation. You can already imagine the ways Triple H & Shawn Michaels can take digs against the Deadman, & vice-versa.
But it all boils down to one simple question in the end- "Is it respect, or is it fear?"
Shawn Michaels did not have an answer last time around. Neither does Triple H. We realize that there is no other way for Shawn Michaels to respond without being over-shadowed like their last confrontation. So HBK takes a long pause, heads over to one side of the ring, & goes for a Sweet Chin Music to the Deadman!
But The Undertaker catches Shawn's leg just in time. However, Triple H kicks 'Taker in the gut, reminding us of the fact that the numbers are stacked against the Deadman.
It turns into a 2-one-1 situation soon after, which leads us into the next predictable reveal- Kane comes out to the aid of his onscreen brother.
The Brothers of Destruction are able to fight back against the two founding members of the D-X. But that is not where this ends. The title of this slide says it all- It is time to go all-or-nothing when it comes to a go-home show for a mega PPV like Super Show-Down.
Triple H always has people to rely on, so the remaining members of the D-X, namely Road Dogg, Billy Gunn & X-Pac come out to help Triple H & HBK. Obviously, it is a 5-on-2 situation now.
The scenario gets out of hand, & we all know, Stephanie McMahon is not going to happy if Constable Corbin does not resolve this chaos immediately...
