IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Championship: Decay vs Violent By Design (c) (Deaner and Rhino) w/Eric Young

Crazzy Steve challenged Eric Young to let Deaner defend the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Championship tonight. The former and current student of EY, Young wanted to prove that Deaner had what Steve did not.

Decay dominated Deaner early on. Black Taurus ran through Deaner after Steve spent several minutes out wrestling the champion. The former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion told Deaner to tag in Rhino, and the War Machine went to battle with Black Taurus.

Taurus went after the arm of the legend, wearing down Rhino before tagging in Crazzy Steve. Rhino took over Steve, and Violent By Design seemed to have everything in control. Unfortunately for Deaner, the second he tagged in Steve escaped and got to Taurus.

Rhino cut Taurus down with a clothesline, letting Deaner maul him from inside the ring. VBD continued to wear down the monstrous luchador. Taurus, after several minutes, caught Deaner with a cross body and managed to get to his partner. Steve trapped Deaner in a crossface, and the former IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champion almost picked up the gold again.

Deaner knocked Taurus off the apron before getting spiked with a top rope double underhook DDT. Somehow, Deaner kicked out, and followed up with a nasty running knee to the sternum.

Deaner went to tag out, but Steve rolled him forward for a sliding flatliner. Taurus tagged in and slammed Steve on top of Deaner. A pop-up Samoan Drop squashed Deaner, and Crazzy Steve followed with a Swanton Bomb.

If it wasn't for Rhino, that would've been the end of the match. The longtime IMPACT Wrestling veteran and Taurus brawled to the floor while Steve hammered Deaner with a series of clotheslines and uppercuts. A cannonball senton connected. Eric Young distracted Steve long enough for Rhino to blindside IMPACT Wrestling's crazed clown, letting Deaner spike him with the Deaner DDT.

Results: Violent By Design defeated Decay via pinfall at IMPAT Wrestling Against All Odds.
