Did Brian Cage stop "The Whole F'n Show"?

RVD and Katie Forbes had a rather...interesting interview before the match. When Brian Cage entered, he got jumped before the bell even started and RVD attacked him in front of his "girlfriend's girlfriend".

RVD took advantage while Cage had a steel chair in his hand and began the onslaught. He placed the steel chair on him and hit the coast-to-coast, thanks to a little assist from Katie Forbes.

He gloated a bit before trying to make the pin but the referee refused to, telling RVD that he's planning to stop the contest. Tessa Blanchard's fiancee Daga came out (they had a confrontation backstage, but RVD thought he was a fan) to stop RVD.

As Cage was assisted out of the ring, Daga was attacked from behind and he seemingly..substituted RVD? A new match had begun!

It was a bizarre set of events that happened. Brian Cage left with his mouth busted open and it all seemed very underwhelming but as it turns out - it was for a good reason.
