IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion Main Event Press Conference

The IMPACT Wrestling Unified Heavyweight Champion Rich Swann was joined by Scott D'Amore as he answered questions about his highly-anticipated main event match against AEW World Champion Kenny Omega. Swann was confident in his abilities and believed he would indeed shock the world.

Tony Khan and Scott D'Amore were asked if they believed that the winner could actually be crowned, or if we'd just see a non-finish to keep the titles with each company.

Khan and D'Amore vowed that we'd get a definitive winner and that regardless of who won, whether it be Kenny Omega or Rich Swann, the champion would be at both IMPACT Wrestling and AEW Dynamite tapings.

Kenny Omega and Don Callis arrived late to the conference, fashionably so, with Omega's theme music kicking off as he walked through the doors.

Callis said that he believed in Rich Swann, and that's why he brought him to IMPACT Wrestling. However, Kenny Omega is family, and The Cleaner is the greatest champion of all time. Past, present, future, it doesn't matter.

Omega took to the podium and believed his experience at the top was one of the reasons that he held an advantage over Rich Swann. The IMPACT World Champion deserved to be where he was, but he was going face-to-face with the God of Professional Wrestling. He didn't deserve to be in the ring with Kenny By God Omega.

Omega was tired of being cordial with Swann and slapped him across the face. We ended with a pull-apart brawl at the press conference.
