The Ace of Impact Wrestling continues to trick Alisha Edwards

Ace Austin was seen on the beach working out when Alisha Edwards ran up to him asking if everything was okay. Austin had apparently sent twenty-five messages claiming that it was an emergency. Austin tried to reveal his feelings to Alisha, but before he could, her purse was stolen by two masked thieves. He held her back, exclaiming "Hold back, I've got this!"
Austin then chased down both men and beat them down, with the latter ending up in the ocean, setting up a Baywatch inspired slow-motion scene for Austin. Alisha thanked him before leaving for her match. The thieves were revealed to be Reno Scum, who Austin had paid off to stage an attack.

LAX were backstage when the North invaded their area. Konnan held back Ortiz & Santana, revealing that he invited them. He said that LAX deserves a title match. Ethan Page claimed that they already beat LAX two weeks back, though Santana was actually replaced by Daga at that point.
Ortiz decided to lay down an incredible challenge. If they can't defeat the North for the titles, they'll leave Impact for good. Konnan and Santana weren't too excited about it, but the North accepted, leaving the former champions in the stairwell.
