We found out that this was the final episode of IMPACT Wrestling this year, as the next two episodes would be a two-part "Best of 2019" special, highlighting the greatest moments from IMPACT this year.
Rob Van Dam and Katie Forbes made their way to the ring. Van Dam again took credit for every wrestler that the fans saw tonight. "The Whole F'n Show" continued to claim that he was being ripped off by every single competitor to come into the business over the past few years. That included his opponent for Hard to Kill, Brian Cage.
RVD said that many considered their match a "dream match." He said it makes sense that Cage would consider it a dream match, although the legend didn't feel the same way. Cage came out and leveled RVD with a discus clothesline, but before he could hit the F-5, Forbes caught Cage with a low blow. Van Dam spiked his face into the mat with a single leg drop from the top rope.
Cage was left in the corner while Forbes held up a steel chair. Rob Van Dam teased a Van Terminator, but decided against it, instead dropkicking the chair into Cage's face.
Suzie was walking around backstage when she ran into Rosemary. The Demon Assassin tried to help Suzie recover "something lost." Before she could, James Mitchell rushed in and separated them. He demanded that Rosemary stay out of her business, leading to an attack from Havok.
As they fought, Mitchell tried to stop Havok from taking things further. After a few moments, Suzie let out a demon-like scream, stopping everyone in their tracks while she reverted back to her normal happy self.
