Former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Sami Callihan was battered early on by Sabin, Cardona, and Miguel. However, he managed to take Cardona to his corner to tag out to Chris Bey.

A flapjack from Cardona planted Bey, and Miguel tagged in. Bey rocked him with a stiff back kick to the jaw but was taken down for the pendulum submission. When we came back from the break, Mr. IMPACT Wrestling Moose was mauling Trey.
The Rascal was in a bad way, as Moose, Callihan, and Bey took turns tearing him apart. A big leaping kick to the jaw nearly took Trey out for good, but Bey couldn't put the shoulders on the mat.
Moose came back in and dropped Trey with a series of big slams. Callihan locked in a sleeper, and Trey seemed out on his feet. However, Trey was able to duck a clothesline and hit the scorpion kick. They ran into one another with clotheslines, leading to Cardona and Bey getting the tags.
The Broski Boot rocked the former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion, and Sabin tagged in for a flatliner/missile dropkick combination. Moose made the save, only to be sent to the floor. Moose caught Trey diving and set up for a powerbomb. Trey countered, hitting a hurricanrana that drove him into the ring post.
Back in the ring, Sabin blocked the Cactus Special only to be spiked with the spinebuster from Bey. Cardona hit Radio Silence on Bey and was bowled over with the Lights Out from Moose.
Trey sent Moose to the floor but was driven onto his neck with a death valley driver from Callihan. Sabin set up for the Cradle Shock, just for Callihan to tear at his eyes and nose. The package piledriver spiked Sabin for the win.
Results: Sami Callihan defeated Chris Sabin via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.

Backstage, Don Callis and the Good Brothers stared on as Callihan sent a message to Kenny Omega. Callis seemed nervous about the potential of a Callihan/Omega IMPACT Wrestling Championship match.
