There was a highlight package of Slammiversary shown, with short interviews from the winners interspersed throughout. Speaking of winners, new Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo was asked about her future plans regarding the division. Purrazzo said that since Jordynne Grace's shoulder is separated, she's got no real contenders.

Well...except for Kylie Rae. The Smiling One won the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Gauntlet Match at Slammiversary, making her the new #1 contender. Purrazzo accepted before attempting to trap her in an armbar. Rae got out, and the two were broken up by Kimber Lee and Alisha Edwards.

Eddie Edwards celebrates his IMPACT Wrestling World Title win

The new IMPACT World Champion came to the ring, addressing his ups and downs in IMPACT Wrestling. Injuries, losing friends, nearly losing his wife, it's been a rough few years for the company's Hardcore Icon. Still, he stands here as the top dog.

Now that he's the reigning champion, he plans on being a fighting one. Eddie Edwards officially declared that he would defend the IMPACT World Championship each and every week. Edwards stated he's living proof that anything is possible, and his new journey is to bring stability and credibility to this world title.

The Maniac Eric Young came out with a mic, but Eddie Edwards cut him off. After what he did to Rich Swann at Slammiversary, EY doesn't deserve any kind of title shot. What he does deserve, is a beat down, and that's what our new champion is willing to give him.

Young said that Edwards should be thanking him for taking out Rich Swann instead of himself. Still, that was a lesson for the IMPACT Wrestling locker room. That's what happens when anyone stands in the way of Eric Young.

Edwards leaped through the ropes, leading to a brawl between the two.

Speaking of champions, the "TNA World Champion" Moose was interviewed by Gia Miller backstage about who could be next to challenge for his title. Moose declined giving someone like EC3 a shot, instead sending an invitation to Fallah Bahh up next on IMPACT Wrestling.
