Backstage, Rohit Raju and TJP came to Scott D'Amore for a solution. It wasn't exactly the decision the IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion wanted, of course.
TJP will get one more shot at the belt, and if he loses, he's done while Raju is the champ.

Ethan Page w/Josh Alexander vs Doc Gallows w/Karl Anderson on IMPACT Wrestling
One-half of the longest reigning IMPACT Wrestling Tag Champions in the company's history, Ethan Page looked to chop down Doc Gallows. Easier said than done, clearly, as Gallows sent Page to the floor multiple times.
Page came back in after a pep talk, and was instantly mauled with a series of body shots from Gallows. The big man talked some trash with Page, calling out his "Karate Man" alter-ego seen on indie shows and Twitter. Josh Alexander distracted Gallows, allowing Page to take his leg out and bash him into the mat.
A DDT spiked The Big LG for a two-count. A picture-perfect dropkick earned Page another near fall. Gallows' attempt to fire up was cut off by a rake to the eyes. Eventually he was able to get back to his feet, and bowl over Page with a big boot. Karl Anderson stopped Josh Alexander from interfering, but was sent into the ring post for his trouble.
Page tried to take advantage, only to catch a big side kick to the jaw for a three-count.
Results: Doc Gallows defeated Ethan Page via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.
Grade: B
After the match, the two teams brawl. Anderson dropped Page with the Gun Stun while The Good Brothers send The Walking Weapon over the ropes with a double clothesline. Will Anderson and Gallows dethrone the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions?
