Eric Young and Sami Callihan vs Eddie Edwards and Rich Swann on IMPACT Wrestling

The Draw of IMPACT Wrestling started things off with Rich Swann. It was a star-studded tag team bout with every competitor being an IMPACT Wrestling World Champion.

Swann took Callihan out with a dropkick, sending him to the floor. Eric Young tried to take him out but was cut off by Eddie Edwards. Young and Callihan took big dives from both of their opponents.

Back in the ring, Edwards tagged in for an inverted atomic drop/running dropkick combination. They followed that with Edwards holding Callihan in a Boston Crab while Swann hit a front flip kick to Callihan's head.

However, Edwards lost control after an illegal kick from Young caught him bouncing off the ropes. Young tagged in, wearing down the Heart of IMPACT Wrestling. The World Class Maniac and The Callihan Death Machine took turns tearing apart Edwards.

Young and Callihan kept Edwards on their half of the ring and knocked Swann off the apron whenever they needed to. Edwards, though, managed to turn things around, catching Young running up the top with a big boot to the jaw. A superplex planted Young in the middle of the mat.

Callihan tagged in, but couldn't stop the IMPACT Wrestling World Champion from getting in the match. Swann lit up Callihan and stunned Young with a superkick. A hurricanrana sent Callihan off the top onto Young, but Young recovered in time to break up the pin.

Edwards saved Swann from a double suplex, and Swann dropped both of his opponents with a double handspring cutter. Edwards tagged back in, dropping Callihan but taking a neckbreaker from Young. Swann responded with a rolling roundhouse, only to get decleated by a clothesline from Callihan.

Both Young and Callihan set up for their piledrivers, but Edwards and Swann countered, setting them up for a pair of single-leg Boston Crabs. They broke it up, and Callihan traded big kicks with Edwards. Callihan was caught in the backpack stunner for a near fall. Eddie, knowing Callihan would kick out, was locked in the single leg Boston Crab.

Edwards would've had the win, but Ken Shamrock rushed the ring, taking out Rich Swann with the ref's back turned. The distraction allowed Callihan to spike Edwards with the Cactus Special.

Results: Sami Callihan and Eric Young defeated Eddie Edwards and Rich Swann on IMPACT Wrestling.

Grade: A

After the match, it seemed that Shamrock, Callihan, and Young may have formed some kind of alliance. If that's the case, IMPACT Wrestling's roster is in for a world of hurt.
